Certification and Accreditation in e-Learning Trainings
Conference programme
The Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunication, Poznań University of Technology, invites to a conference on the survey and analysis of systems of competence certification in the area of ICT, as well as on their technical and economic aspects.
The conference will be held on February 27, 2009 in the faculty building at Polanka 3 street - Poznań.
During the conference lectures the following issues will be presented: examples of independent certification systems, certificates issued by COMPTIA and ECDL e-learning organizations, and examples of corporate certification systems, Cisco certificates.
The lectures will be given by invited experts from EU universities as well as from companies and institutions active in the area of competence certification.
Apart from certificates already known in the educational market, a new group of independent certificates InCert, witch are the products of the EU Leonardo da Vinci InCert project, and also courses for InCert certification exam candidates - the products of another LdV project, Train2Cert.
The most interesting courses and certifications developed within the InCert and Train2Cert projects will be presented during the conference. The participants will have an opportunity to get acquainted with all the projects courses and certificates in detail; face-to-face discussion with the authors will be also possible.
The conference language is Polish and English.
