Telecom Bretagne (ex École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne)
École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne is one of the three institutions making up the Groupe des Écoles des Télécommunications (GET). It graduates over 600 engineers per year in the fields of information communication Technology, electronics, computer science, and telecommunications. So far, ENST Bretagne has been involved in Leonardo da Vinci mobility projects and Invocom Project. It has co-operated with IET PUT for ten years as contracting institution in four TEMPUS projects. ENST Bretagne is a major actor in the introduction of the Moodle Learning Management System in the French Language Countries.
For the needs of the InCert project, ENST-Bretagne will co-operate to set up the ICT certificate procedure and methodology, the definition of competence for a certificate possessor and the definition of certificate requirement.
ENST is very interested in joining the project due to its experience in national certificate, its focus on ICT educational and its expertise on learning management systems (LMS) , distance learning methodology, blind learning methodology. This project gives ENST an opportunity to enlarging the domain of its ICT training and developing an international certificate with partners from EC. This project will permit to develop, adapt and test the LMS functionalities in an international environment.
In the project ENST staff will develop their professional and educational skills, exchange their experience with other partners, in order to provide real internalisation of the National Certificates. ENST staff is ready to participate in expert consultations and professional meetings necessary to realise the project.
